## Description

The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires English language school services to provide training classes (online and in-class) for Locally Employed (Hungarian) staff. The primary objective is that the participants learn to communicate effectively and precisely in the English language at their required levels. The lessons are planned to take place in 3 categories: Basic/Independent User (810 lessons / year), Native Speaker Held Lessons (360 lessons per year), and Proficient/Technical User (270 lessons per year).

The period of performance is 1 year, with 4 additional optional years, and is expected to commence not later than April 1, 2024. All contractors that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service.

At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: • Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Hungary; • Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work, including trained and qualified employees for teaching English as a second language; • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in teaching English as a second language; • Have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law for foreign language teaching; • Have no adverse criminal record; • Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America
