The American Embassy Colombo planning to acquire Dehumidifiers and Air purifiers 50 each. Technical specifications attached. Please submit price quotation and technical quotation separately indicating the subject “ QUOTATION FOR DEHUMIDIFIERS AND AIR PURFIERS - PR12233946 “ to below address on or before January 17th, 12.00 PM local time.

Delivery location : Colombo, Sri Lanka or New Brunswick, New Jersey Delivery completion: Within 4-6 weeks Bids over $30,000/- should possess “SAM Registration” under US Government The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/ purchase order to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.

We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
