The Cue Lure dispenser is a primary surveillance tool used to detect new entries of Cue Lure-responding flies, such as Queensland fruit fly (Qfly, Bactrocera tryoni), Zeugodacus tau, and melon fly (Z. cucurbitae) and to delimit transient introduced populations of these species. The rationale or circumstances for limiting competition. Unusual and compelling urgency In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i).
