The FBI's, Lab Division (LD) requires a maintenance service contract provided by the original equipment manufacturer to retain warranty. The maintenance service contract is for Comparison Microscope systems.Based on market research, and Government end-users, Leeds service team is the only factory trained and authorized service group in the United States. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition available upon request. The Government intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contract Specialist, Lily Calvert by email at lrcalvert@fbi.gov no later than 05:00 PM EST on 04/06/2026.
