The PowerScribe software is proprietary software developed and provided exclusively by Nuance. The software licensing is for the PowerScribe 360 brand name voice dictation systems already in place at the required site, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The absence of post warranty maintenance, updates and software licensing will cause significant work-stoppage for voice dictation for radiology systems. Thus, only the exact brand name maintenance and licenses will meet the customer's needs. Delivery schedule will be discussed prior to issuing the award. The anticipated award date is December 2, 2026.
