## Description

DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations, Group Rations intends to solicit a request for proposal on Solicitation SPE3S1-25-R-0012. The proposed acquisition shall be restricted to Small Business competition for Pouch Bacon. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Depot Tracy, CA.

**Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Pricing Agreement:** Firm Fixed-Price with EPA. Inspection at Origin. Acceptance at Destination All responsible parties may submit a proposal. Product Demonstration Models are required. If interested, immediately contact the Contracting Officer listed on this notice. The Pouch Bacon is used in both the UGR-M and UGR Heat & Serve. Both programs use many commercial items to make a quick and easy prepare meal for up to 50 people to eat. The full nomenclature of the item is:
