The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has been using e-Builder (recently rebranded as Trimble Unity Construct) for its PMIS since 2018 as an enterprise tool for the management of the planning, design, and construction phases of the AOC’s capital construction portfolio. The AOC is looking for a commercial off the shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. The entire environment must be FedRAMP certified, and the software provider has long term plans to maintain FedRAMP certification. The AOC is looking for a solution that offers a combination of purpose-built modules or solutions and a low-code environment allowing for flexibility and configuration by system administrators to AOC’s business processes.
