The requirement is for a vendor to provide a laboratory proficiency testing program authorized by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for laboratory accreditation for the Hopi Health Care Center and Phoenix Indian Medical Center. If you can provide all of the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to dekovan.cook@ihs.gov referencing notice number PHX-SS-26-003 by 12 PM EST, December 14, 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
