The IHS continues to experience difficulties in recruiting and retaining radiology specialist who can provide radiology services within the IHS medical facilities. Given the current availability of teleradiology/telemedicine technology, the IHS is pursuing contracts to provide these services within the IHS facilities. The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service intends to issue an emergency sole source award to All Valley Imaging for teleradiology services IAW 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency for six (6) months of Teleradiology services.
