Intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under BOA N6449824G4001 to Rockwell Automation Inc., 1 Allen Bradley Drive, Cleveland, OH 44124 (Rockwell) for the Procurement of Rockwell FFG62 Rockwell Material purchase to upgrade current testing environment, and to upgrade current testing environment to support ECS LPD31 & LPD 32 software testing. The Government intends to make an award in the 3rd quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. This is part of a follow-on procurement for this requirement. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(I), Rockwell is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort.
