## Description

The Naval Surface Warface Center Philadelphia intends to procure OrCAD x Professional software required for the Tow Communication Buoy Program (TBC). The software is utilized for development of simulation and electronic circuits, and for generation of circuit board designs. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price and the items must be Brand Name. Please reference attached RFQ N6449825Q0110 0001 for additional details. All responses must be sent to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 6:00 PM EST on 30 April 2025.
