The contractor will provide biospecimen logistics support, including sample intake, tracking, transport, FFPE block management, tissue microarray (TMA) coordination, and maintenance of audit-ready documentation necessary for multi-omic analyses. Period of Performance: Base Year: April 9, 2026 – April 8, 2027 Option Year 1: April 9, 2027 – April 8, 2028 Option Year 2: April 9, 2028 – April 8, 2029 The Government intends to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), as only one responsible source is reasonably available. The identified small business contractor possesses unique qualifications, including extensive project-specific experience, established biospecimen workflows, and the ability to perform immediately without disruption to ongoing research.
