## Description

The Government is seeking feedback on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Government's PAR Test Article requirement. This PWS has been revised from the version posted with Solicitation 1305M323RNRMA0015 (in the related notice).

**Note:** The Government anticipates soliciting with a Cost Reimbursement contract type, fee structure to be determined, for the Radar Test Article (RTA) Task 1, at a minimum. Interested vendors can either request a meeting or submit written feedback. Vendors interested in a meeting shall send an email to the Contracting Officer (CO), Molly Tovado, at molly.tovado@noaa.gov, and the Contract Specialist (CS), Jerrod Schleis, at jerrod.schleis@noaa.gov, by 5pm MT on Wednesday, July 10, to request a meeting.

Meetings will be scheduled the week of July 22. Following the respective meetings, vendors will be requested to submit their comments and suggested changes in writing to the Government. Vendor interested in only providing written feedback shall submit their response to the CO and CS via email by 5pm MT on Friday, July 26.

This notice is issued solely for information and market research planning purposes; it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. NOAA is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense.

Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. All submissions become the property of the Federal Government, and will not be returned. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such.
