## Description

The United States Army, Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS), TF STRIKE, Midrange Capability (MRC) Project Office, is seeking information from industry to characterize current capability to deliver a very low-latency, low probability of intercept (LPI), two-way wireless data communications system to connect a single land-based operations cell to four land-based outpost cells, in a hub-spoke arrangement.
