## Description

The U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Activity, Redstone Arsenal has a requirement to procure one (1) Model N7800A Test Management Environment (TME) Calibration Software License that will be indefinite for use in the Electrical Standard Laboratory within the Army Primary Standards Laboratory, USATA. The TME Software Seat License would increase our effectiveness in supporting network/signal analyzers in the In-House Calibration Lab (ICL).
