## Description

The U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) has a requirement to procure two (2) Model 9114-256 Metrology Furnace, one (1) Model 9117-256 Annealing Furnace, one (1) Model 7381-26 Deep-Well Compact Baths, and one (1) 2019-DCB Liquid-in-Glass Thermometer Calibration Kit or equivalent to support USATA’s mission. The equipment shall be delivered to USATA’s Army Physical Standards Labs located at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal.

The Metrology Furnace to support USATA’s mission as follow: Model Description Quantity 9114-256 Metrology Furnace 2 Range of 100 °C to 680 °C Three-zone furnace with the best in digital controller technology Power Range 230 VAC (±10 %), 50/60 Hz, 1 Phase, 22 A maximum 9117-256 Annealing Furnace 1 Range of 200 °C and 450 °C Thermal Wells Five: 8 mm diameter x 430 mm long (0.31 x 16.9 in)

**Over-Temp Protection:** Separate circuit protects furnace from exceeding rated temperature limit 7381-26 Deep-Well Compact Baths 1 Range of –80 °C to 110 °C Heating Time: 60 minutes, from 25 °C to 100 °C (oil 5012)
