Your response to this Sources Sought shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Harold "Jay" Russell, Jr., in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email to harold.w.russell.civ@army.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on 6 August 2024. Reference this synopsis number in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents. Market research responses received after the time and date specified will be determined to be late and may not be considered.

Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. This notice includes the procurement of (please see attached documents for additional information): MODEL ZMIKE PRO 25MM Measurement range 0.100 to 25.4 MM (0.004 to 1.0 in.). Repeatability +/-0.13um (+/-0.000005 inch). Linearity +/-0.5um (+/-0.000020 inch). Touch screen with 800 x 640 color LCD display. Linux OS software with 100 libraries. 800 MHz Scan Digitizing. Ethernet RJ45, USB and DB9 RS 232 Serial ports. Two 23 frame stepper drives with quadrature encoder input. Metric datum plate with M6 threads.

CE Approved. Weight 45 pounds (26kg). CUTTING TOOL FIXTURE, Z-MIKE PRO Fixture for measurement of TIR and Effective Cutting. Diameter for even and odd fluted rotary cutting tools. Includes a 457mm (18.0 in.) manual slide with integrated digital length encoder and "zero" runout rotary fixture with integral motorized drive.
