The USACE Command Senior Contracting Official (SCO) has formally determined that consolidating these requirements is both necessary and justified. The consolidation will establish a single Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with an estimated total capacity of $280,000,000 over a five-year base period. JUSTIFICATION FOR CONSOLIDATION: Through comprehensive market research, the government has concluded that consolidating these requirements provides the best value to the Government.
