Figueredo justin.f.figueredo@usace.army.mil Synopsis: This is a presolicitation notice prepared in accordance with RFO 5.1 Presolicitation Notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to solicit this action as Total Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed-Price service contract directly to suppliers to procure services for the removal a damaged stern anchor buoy “V” in the Columbia River at River Mile 100+25 and installation of a Government furnished replacement buoy.
