## Description

Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this updated is to provide updated PWS and Tank List. Additionally, RFIs to date are consolidated and included for reference. DLA-Energy has requested USACE conduct an API Modified Inspection on Facilities 82, 83, 84, 85 at Offutt AFB, NE in accordance with all laws standards, federal regulations, as well as any state and local regulations and guidelines.
