## Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this sources sought is for market research to gain knowledge of potential sources for future needs including interested small business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.

Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell AFB, will soon be soliciting for a project for the replacement of a heat pump located in building 40. The work shall consist of, but not be limited to the replacement of a 4-ton geothermal heat pump inside room 141 at Building 40. This project involves the removal and replacement of an existing Climate Master geothermal heat pump unit located above a 12-foot ceiling. The new unit will be integrated into the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) system.

The work requires temporary removal of ceiling grid components and may involve the use of a lift. For this requirement, the small business size standard is $19 million for NAICS 238220. In the event small business contractors are not avaialble for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Complete and return attached sources sought form to include bonding capability and advise on your capabilities and or past perfromance in terms of the projected requested.
