## Description

The 168th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, intends to enter into a sole source BPA with University of Alaska Fairbanks, Nanooks Athletic Department to allow AKANG to advertise within the Carlson Center at Fairbanks, AK. The government understands that the Athletic Department holds sole rights to allow advertising within the Carlson Center. This five-year BPA is being established to allow further advertising as funding is made available to the 168th Wing, Eielson AFB, AK.
