Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED - Items must be covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty. Vendor must be a JPS Authorized Distributor/Reseller. **MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT** and **PROVIDE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN** In accordance with FAR 6.302-l(c) the justification is attached with this notice.
