## Description

This is a 8(a) requirement to provide Dock Master services for Material Delivery Scheduling/Coordination, Material Examination, Material Accountability, and Facility Operations Services in accordance with the attached PWS. Potential sources must be a certified 8(a) program participant at the time of contract award. This notice is only for the purposes of Market Research and seeking potential sources and is NOT a formal request for proposals and does NOT obligate the government to contract award.
