We are looking for qualified vendors, especially those in socio-economic categories, to provide quotes for this action. If interested, respond with a Capability Statement and any other supporting documentation demonstrating the ability to successfully complete this action. The Contractor shall provide linen cleaning services for the current year and an additional four (4) option years. The types of linens to be cleaned include, but are not limited to, sheets, pillowcases, mattress covers, blankets nad bath towels. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the best commercial practices for laundry cleaning services. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, transportation, pickup and delivery service, and facility operation in accordance with the terms and conditions. This includes all laundry and all other tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary and spelled out in this PWS. The contractor shall receive, account for, process, and return all items tendered for cleaning. See attached Purchase Description for details and estimated workload. Period of Performance (PoP) shall be 1 Base Year of 12 months and 4, 12-month option years. Place and Performance of Services: The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0730-1630 on Monday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings.
