## Description

The U.S Army Corps of Engineers anticipates the award to one vendor for the purchase and delivery of #2 dyed off-road diesel fuel (NO BIO-DIESEL). Required delivery to begin 8 October, 2025. Request for Quote PANMVD-24-P-000004687 Fuel – Dredge Goetz Description: Physical Support Branch, Dredge Goetz, request the award of a fuel contract for the purchase of between 55,000 and 65,000 gallons of #2 dyed off-road diesel fuel (NO BIO-DIESEL). The Dredge Goetz is working at River Mile 173 near St Louis, MO.

This contract is to supply a mid- stream fueling for the continuation of dredging, for the Dredge Goetz and its supporting equipment. Delivery will be coordinated with the on-site supervisor. Fuel delivery/ deliveries: Mid- Stream will be between October 8th and October 12th, 2024 at River Mile 173 near St Louis, MO. The entire delivery will be only transferred when the dredge fleet arrives on fueling location during the aforementioned dates.

The fuel will be pumped onboard a floating barge capable of holding 70,000 gallons of fuel. The fuel hose connection are 3” cam-lock fitting. The USACE will have 3” adapter fitting if required. The fuel barge is owned and operated by the USACE and annually inspected by the United States Coast Guard. The USACE fuel barge will be manned and controlled by two Government employees during transfer.

The transport barge company will be responsible for all transport barge activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. Purchase order will be executed based on number of gallons received. Order estimated to take between 55,000 and 65,000 gallons. Purchase order will be executed not to exceed 65,000.
