## Description

The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that during the performance of this award all shared spacing between the Richard G. Lugar Center for Public Health Research (hereafter referred to as the Lugar Center), and the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research Europe-Middle East (WRAIR E-ME) maintains continuous O&M services for adequate mission operations. WRAIR E-ME is co-located with Georgia’s National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) staff at the Lugar Center located at 99 Kakheti Highway, 0109, Tbilisi Georgia.
