THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.5 with UNIVERCELLS Technologies in support of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), The Pilot Bioproduction Facility requires a fixed bed bioreactor for use in adherent cell culture for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) production of viral vaccine and therapeutic products to be used in Phase 1 clinical trials.This procurement also includes the scale-X carbo controller, workstation, software, installation kit and supporting startup services, including installation, site acceptance testing (SAT), qualification, and training.
