THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.5 with ProQuest LLC in support of Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), for the purchase of ProQuest Dialogue (Dialog) Online Subscription Service under the FEDLINK (Federal Library & Information Network) Information Retrieval contract vehicle for one base year and four option periods; for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR).
