MICC – Fort Belvoir is looking for an HVAC company for this requirement, not a source to hire another source. The Government is seeking preliminary market research information from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources capable of providing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services performed in the Washington DC metro area. Vendor must be able to respond to the site within 2 hours for emergency service calls. The intended North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code classified for this effort is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. The aforementioned NAICS Code is associated with a size standard of $19.0 Million. All interested businesses SHALL have the ability to deliver the required service and perform 51% of the labor by statute. Potential solicitation during Q2FY27.
