The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include a Program of Instruction. This training is designed to prepare the Troops for a validation exercise (VALEX) in September 2026 and subsequent deployment to the European area of responsibility (AOR). Performance will be in North Little Rock. The anticipated period of performance is 20-27 September 2026.
