The U.S. Government to procure meals, loging accommodations, training facilities for cadets and cadre for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) San Antonio in New Braunfels, Texas, 26 -29 May 2026. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is seeking information from potential sources to provide the services outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), in support of the U.S. Army Cadet Command's mission. Refer to the attachments: Draft PWS and applicable wage determination. The Contractor shall have the capability to provide co-located meal services, lodging accommodations, training facilities that provides high ropes course; low ropes course; zip line course; land navigation course; team building /obstacle course; swimming pool for water safety course, adequate water stations throughout the camp, emergency medical coordination, furniture, equipment, supplies, tools, management and labor in accordance with the PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Place of performance: Will be performed within a 100-mile radius of San Antonio ISD, Texas. This synopsis is a market research tool being used in determining the procurement strategy. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or services.
