In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) FAR12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (MICC-JBLM) intends to solicit quotations directly from suppliers for Commercial Driver's Licensing (CDL) Certification. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision and non-personal services necessary to perform CDL training for six (6) Soldiers. All training must be conducted, within a 25-mile radius of JBLM. Certification will include Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), Tanker (N), Double/Triple (T) Trailers, and Tanker/HAZMAT (X) endorsements. The price of tuition shall include all fees and costs including background checks and driver's license endorsements. Period of performance for this purchase order will be no more than 12 months with an estimated start date of July 1, 2026.
