The contract shall provide services that are data driven, utilizing current trends and research data on lethal means safety. Furthermore, the contactor shall update content on an annual basis to ensure services reflect the changing conditions in the local environment and remains fresh for the intended audiences. The outcome is Soldiers and Families use the knowledge and tools provided by this service to increase peer intervention during crises and reduce suicides by firearms. The frequencies and standards of the the basic services vary by task.
