**Notice of Intent to Sole-Source:** The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Ft. Hood (MICC-Ft. Hood) intends to issue a sole-source award to ESIM GAMES, LLC (UEI: TH8JLZF91L19) for Steel Beasts Professional Software Licenses under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Since the intent is to procure Steel Beasts Professional Software Licenses on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov.

The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
