## Description

**Summary of Changes Amendment 3 – 07OCT2025:** Updated PWS to reflect some clarification (see Attachment 1); provide all vendor questions and government answers (see Attachment 6) (quotes after amendment publishing must be submitted on amended RFQ form).

**Overview Description:** The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) has received a requirement for the removal (including any required disassembly) of the Hanel Lean Lift (HLL) storage system located inside Motorpool Bay A2515 on Fort Bragg, NC.

**Period of Performance Start Date:** No Later Than 20 October 2025 (or pending availability of funding, see section 3 of this RFQ)

**PSC:** P100 Salvage- preparation and disposal of excess/surplus property NAICS:

**562119 Other Waste Collection Set-aside:** 100% Small Business Set-aside Contractor must meet all requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement (see Attachment 1 for more details).
