## Description

Currently IEWTD, USAOTC operates a multi vehicle RF threat emitter system called DITTR for support in Operational Test missions within Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) and Department of Defense (DOD). This system has been in service for approximately 15 years and needs occasional upgrades, replacements and standard hardware maintenance warranties to stay effective in its continuous support to all Electronic Warfare (EW) DOD missions.

The PWS is necessary to provide an extended warranty of all RF threat emitter hardware, software maintenance for those RF components and support for all applicable software updates and license agreements. The support services provided by the test support contractor are critical to mission accomplishment. IEWTD, USAOTC has a statutory mission to conduct independent operational tests for material and equipment prior to full scale production in accordance with 10 U.S. Code Section 2399.
