## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to publish vendor Q&A and incorporate Q&A changes into the RFQ. See attachments for details.

**NOTICE:** SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF Fiscal Year 26 FUNDS. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL APPROPRIATE FUNDS ARE MADE AVAILABLE. This is a non-personal services contract to provide electronics and improvised explosive device (IED) neutralization training for 28th OD CO Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD). The training needs to be tailored for Tier 1 Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operations.
