## Description

**Amendment 2:** The purpose of this amendment is to remove check mark 52.219-2 from the 52.212-5 clause. This is a one hundred percent small business set-aside (not a SDVOSB set-aside) and extends the closing date.

**Amendment 1:** The purpose of this amendment is to post vendor questions and answers, no change was made to thePWS or the solicitation document. The 28th EOD Co. at Fort Bragg requires contractor to provide classroom instruction, instructor demonstration, confidence exercises, team performance qualification, and individual evaluations on HME precursor identification and synthesis, site exploitation, and proper safety procedures for up to 10 course participants.
