## Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Leavenworth, KS is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Quality Control and Validations for Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT). The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) is developing listening and reading proficiency tests to assess the foreign language proficiency of military and government personnel.
