## Description

The Contractor shall provide access to 24 Hour Technical Support via Telephone. The contractor shall provide software support, software updates and bug fixes. The contractor will ensure the primary monitoring station located at Fort McCoy, WI and the backup monitoring station located at Fort Snelling, MN are consistently synchronizing and acting as a “hot backup”. The contractor shall provide a certified technician and trainer at least once annually to perform general diagnostics, system grooming, system upgrades, problem resolution, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system operating conditions.
