M&RA and G-1 have wall displays—regulated by Army Regulation AR 870-20—in the Pentagon’s Exterior E Ring which commemorates the history of the U.S Army. The Exterior E Ring is a high-trafficked area, and the displays are designed to directly benefit morale, cohesion, understanding, and diversity amongst different audiences which includes current HQDA personnel soldiers and staff, aspiring and current functional area officers, Pentagon military and civilian personnel, and the general public. Specifically, the Front Office and Pentagon 9/11 wall displays—which were installed over 20 years ago—are outdated.
