## Description

This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement.

MICC- Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the Department of the Army DCS G1, Army Talent Management Taskforce (ATMTF) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to Freeman Decorating Co. for Ancillary Services for the American Career Technical Educators (ACTE) Careertech Vision 2024. The conference at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center 237 Tower of Americas Way San Antonio, TX 78205, from 3-6 December 2024. The applicable National Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 561920, Convention and Trade Show Organizers.

The Product Service Code (PSC) is S216 – Housekeeping – Facilities Operations Support. This sole source award to Freeman Decorating Co. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5. This sole source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
