All goal and objectives for this requirement will need to be conducted in a manner that is transferable to military special operations, which consists of but not limited to, conducting mobility training in low light/ No-light conditions while utilizing night vision devices and black-out running mode over snowy terrain. Period of Performance: 10 February 2025 to 10 April 2025. Place of Performance: Whitefish, MT and Rabbit Ears, CO. Anticipated Requirements: Snowmobile Mentorship; 14 Days; Colorado/Montana AIARE Rec 1, 2 & Rescue; Rec 1 – 2 Course, Rec 2 – 1 Course; Colorado/Montana Instructor Certification; 14 Days; Colorado/Montana In response to this Sources Sought, please provide: 1.
