The U.S. Governement desires to procure a Lecturer in Behavioral Crime Scene Analysis to increase the basis required for becoming an informed decision maker, in order to enhance critical thinking skills during investigation and crime scene analysis, and enhance behavioral information gathering and analysis during investigations.
