## Description

This is a non-personal services contract to administer a community needs and quality of life survey at Fort Knox. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to administer a community needs assessment as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and service
