Due to urgency and ADA compliance as well as the incumbents satisfactory performance / familiarity with afffected equipment it was determined to be in the best interest to issue a sole source award. A previous notice posted for no less than 15 calendar days was issued notifying the public of the government's intent to award this sole source contract.
