## Description

Fort Campbell is required to inspect, repair, monitor and repair approximately 52 elevators on both the Tennessee and Kentucky sides of the installation. The objective of this contract is to provide complete and full preventive maintenance, services, and repair on elevator equipment at Fort Campbell, KY.

Preventive maintenance includes regular cleaning, all inspections, testing, routine service, and maintenance in accordance with the current edition of ASME A17.1, A17.2, A17.3, A17.5, A17.6m and A18.1 codes and manufacturer’s recommendations. Contractor to perform a Periodic Category 1 Test and Inspection annually and maintenance on all elevators.Contractor is to perform a Periodic Category 5 Test every 60 months. Contractor is to perform services, as needed, to keep elevators in operation.

As part of these services, contractor will perform semi-annual preventative maintenance on each elevator. Perform a diagnostic assessment on all non-operating elevators, as directed by the government. Perform elevator repairs, as directed by the government. Perform a 3rd Party Qualified Elevator Inspection (QEI) and obtain a Certificate of Operation for each elevator.

Contractor shall provide services that includes periodic Contractor operation, inspection, checks, adjustments, cleaning, parts replacement, lubricating, and maintenance of elevators, as necessary, to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, Army, local, ASME, and manufacturers' standards of safety, reliability, and satisfactory operating condition.

The Contractor shall also respond to service calls to determine the reason for system and equipment malfunctions, eliminate the cause(s), and restore the elevator or equipment to satisfactory working condition. The Contractor shall also respond, on an emergency basis, for entrapment.
