MMI is currently under contract with SAGE Dining Services, Inc. Under this contract, SAGE Dining Services is the exclusive food service provider for MMI therefore no other food service provider is allowed on the campus according to the terms of the contract. The SAGE contract is in effect until 31 DEC 2024 . THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 08 March 2024, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 08 March 2024, 11:00 A.M.
