These services will be provided within fourteen (14) education offices located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), to include Puerto Rico and Hawaii. ACES supports Soldiers professional growth through a continuum of education programs and services that range from academic and career guidance to enhancement of job performance and skill qualifications and includes assistance to ease the transition of Soldiers returning to civilian life. This action will be a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must represent in good faith that it is a small business vendor in accordance with FAR 19.301. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 14 December 2024 through 13 December 2025 with four (4) one (1) year options and a fourteen (14) day phase-in beginning on 30 November 2024.
